I am a Quantum Health Coach who specializes in educating and helping people get more in balance with their circadian rhythm. In our modern world this is getting harder to navigate. Our bodies are designed to operate on a cycle that follows the natural rhythms of the earth. When we are in sync with these rhythms, our health and wellbeing can greatly improve.

The Quantum Pages is my resource journal so you do not have to find natural and toxin free solutions on your own. I believe that natural solutions are the best solutions. I have been a professional addiction counselor for over five years and have helped hundreds of clients meet their health goals. I look forward to working with you on yours!
