1 / What services do you offer? 

I offer coaching services for Quantum/Circadian Health and specialize in addiction recovery.  My education for this lifestyle comes from my own journey and experience over the past 5 years. 

2 / What is Quantum/Circadian Coaching?

Circadian Health and Quantum Health are used interchangeably by many. Quantum Biology is the intersection of biology and physics. Quantum is the minimum amount of any physical thing involved in an interaction that can be measured. Our circadian health is the basis of our overall health. Therefore, our circadian clock is critical to our health as it regulates things like hormone secretion, sleep/wake cycle,  body temperature, blood pressure, immune function, etc. I will help you create habits that are aligned with our natural circadian clock  (24 hour) and help you prepare for season changes to keep your infradian clock (365 days) in check as well.  An Applied Quantum Health Coach looks at the whole picture and takes your circadian health into account.

3 / What is a Quantum Recovery Coaching?

Quantum recovery coaching supports you in achieving a lifestyle that is aligned with healthy circadian rhythms. A byproduct of a this lifestyle can be a combination of and certainly not limited to the following: reducing intensity of Post Acute Withdrawal Symptoms; increased health benefits; a deepened connection with nature; lowering your carbon footprint; reducing waste; being an ethical consumer; increase in savings; more mindful living; overall happiness, but most of all freedom. The freedom that this lifestyle has the potential to bring you is up to you. In my experience, it is hard to put words to the amount of freedom that living this way has brought to all aspects of my life. Another bonus, this lifestyle can be contagious and may affect your family, communities, work and business in positive ways.  Quantum coaching assists in lifting barriers you may have to adopt new behaviors and facilitate a different way of living that is achievable and everlasting.  I will also encourage you to join the Quantum Recovery Community. This gives you a community of people who are on the same path as you and provides extra layer of support. 

4 / What coaching is not?

Coaching is not counseling or therapy. This is not a psychological analysis of past or present problems and/or diagnoses. We will not be unraveling personal problems. Coaching is about making a change in the present. It is about goal setting and having accountability while achieving set goals. This is about empowering you to take action and to get results.

5 / What do we do in a Clarity Call?

Coaching is driven by you and what you want to achieve. Do you have one goal or many goals?  We will explore your ideal lifestyle and what that looks like for you. Everyone is in a different place when they discover the quantum world and since this is a new paradigm shift that is occurring as we speak, it is not mainstream and as well known as we would like it to be. You may even have already started on your path and decided to contact a coach. What do you know already? We will discuss what your current situation is and why you are here. What skills do you have? What do you value? What is important right now? What is going right and what needs to change? A time frame to accomplish what you want to do will be determined. 

6 / What happens in a coaching session?

I provide a safe, non judgemental, and open space for you to explore what brought you here. Based on what you want to change, your goals will be more clearly defined. In future sessions, we will talk about how things are going, successes, and challenges. I am here for accountability, support and to share with you lived experience of the process. Here is what a typical session looks like:

Updates: first five to ten minutes are always dedicated to you

Check In: where are you at right now in the moment 

Exchange: education and resources are shared if needed; this is based on what you are working on at the time. 

Wrap up: what we covered, next steps and commitments

I provide motivation, support, accountability, and encouragement! I help you to utilize resources, ideas, solutions and methods needed to live a toxin-free lifestyle. I am a guide that empowers you to achieve your goals through action! 

7 / Why is there an expiration date on sessions?

This is because I want you to have success! Goal setting has been linked to higher motivation, self-esteem, confidence and autonomy (Locke & Lathan, 2006). If there is a time gap, you risk lowering these benefits and not achieving the goal. My job is to help hold you accountable and achieve the goals you set for yourself. After all, this is a big factor in why we sign up and pay for coaching in the first place! 

*If more time is needed based on long term goals, this will be adjusted accordingly. 

8 / Do you work with people worldwide?

Please email andeearae@outlook.com to inquire. We will likely be able to make it work. Keep in mind the services will be virtual of course. 

9 / Is my information safe?

I take privacy and client/patient confidentiality very seriously. I do not sell your personal information.
