Ancestral â–² Real â–² Nutrient Dense

Eating real nutrient dense food carries a negative charge and is one of many ways we collect electrons. It is getting harder and harder to find real food in the stores today. The easiest thing to do for me was to find a local farmer and farmer's market. Eating what is in season and local is critical for mitochondrial health. At the top of the list you will find my favorite databases to search for real food local to you. Also listed are some of my favorite farms that I support on a regular basis.

‎”The quality of our food determines in large part the quality of our lives. And the quality of what we eat is determined by every step that goes into production and processing – the feeding of the animals, care of the soil, preservation, storage and even cooking methods.”

Weston A. Price

“THE FIRST AND FUNDAMENTAL principle of traditional diets is that they contained no industrially processed or refined food. In Dr. Price’s day, the list of processed food ingredients included white sugar, white flour, canned condensed milk, canned foods and—just coming on the market—industrial seed oils made from cottonseed and corn.”
